At ASSOULINE, we strive for perfection in every piece; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer box and shipping carton to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized shipping center and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
